我觉得应该选D吧……it's about time 是指将来的时间，应该是将要做什么，所以应该选D，表示将打算做……

It's time + that + v-ed I think it is high time that you made up your mind. 我认为到了你作出决定的时候了。 2. It's time + that + sb. + should + v（注意：should不可省略） It's high time they should take you seriously and they know it. 到了他们认真对待你的时候了，他们应该清楚这一点。 两种结构可以互换： 孩子们该睡觉了。 It is time that the children went to bed. It is high time that the children should go to bed. |
