如果想形容什么东西是环保的话，英文就是environmentally friendly． environment是”环境”，environmental是”环境的”意思，后面加上-ly就是副词形式。Friendly是形容词，意思就是“友好的”。Environmentally friendly一起是个形容词词组，意思是“环保的，环境友好型的”，后面可以接名词，比如an environmentally friendly building 就是“环保建筑”的意思。０８年的北京奥运会融入了环保的概念，因此可以称为环保的奥运会, environmentally friendly Olympics. 当然也可以说，本产品环保。“The product is environmentally friendly.”这时后面就不需要任何名词。
