It can bring us a good mood. Every time you feel unhappy, you can try listening to music. It can make you relaxed. Besides, doing exercise is also a good way to make you happy. For example, after going for a walk or running, you may forget something unhappy. These ways will cheer you up. Try and practise them next time you feel sad.
