W: Not really. Ads always say good things and don't mention bad things about a product for obvious reasons. 

M: How have advertisements changed recently?

W: They're more modern. Digital marketing has proved successful in many fields.

W: Do you have other books by Khushwant Singh?

M: We have only one book by him, which is "The Sunset Club". It makes for interesting reading.

M: When I think about my best travel experience ever, so many things jump out at me: diving in the Great Barrier Reef, feeding elephants in Thailand, and even teaching kids in Cambodia. But one experience stands above the rest.  And that was my trip to Myanmar with my best friend. We knew that Wi-Fi would be a struggle.  For our entire trip, we had to be in the moment, with no social media, no work, and completely focus on what we were doing and where we were. This was a challenge for someone who is continually working and always connected. But I do think it forced us to be present in a way that we wouldn't have been if we had constantly checked our phones. The highlight of the trip was the hot air balloon ride over the temples at sunrise.  We were lucky to get a clear day, and many other rides had been cancelled due to poor weather. The temples were at their best at sunrise. They shone in the sun and picked up the gold. This still goes down as my best travel experience ever.
