Hello, everyone!  I'm Linda, your new community president. Please prepare your pens and notebooks so that you can pass the information on to your neighbors.  Now let's begin.

Some gardening and repair work will be done in our community. The grass will be cut; the trees will be shaped; the road surface at the north entrance will be changed. The work will last for 4 days, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.  Here are some instructions on what you should do and should not do. For the first two days, to avoid the damage from grass mowing, don't park your cars near the green space. On the third day, stay away from the trees. That's because the workers will cut the dry branches and use some chemicals to get rid of insects.  On the fourth day, the road at the north gate will be repaired, so those who drive, please, use the south gate for entering and leaving the community. The cost of the work will be divided among all of you according to the size of the flat.
