M: My father works at an office. He sits at a desk all the time. Last week, he said that he had a backache when he came home. I asked a doctor online about it. He told me that my father should exercise more, so I made a plan for him.

Every morning I will spend half an hour running with him. And in the evening, I will do tai chi with him after dinner.

I told my plan to the doctor online. He said it would be very good for my father. I'll talk about it with my father tonight. I believe he will agree.
