一、模仿朗读

W: Jack London is a famous American writer. He was born in 1876 in California. His family was very poor, so Jack had to leave school to make money. He worked hard at many different jobs. He once went to Alaska to find gold. He found ideas there for his books and stories. He started to write novels after returning home. His novels were successful and he became rich and famous. His book, The Call of the Wild, is known all over the world.

M: Lao She was born in Beijing in 1899. His mother sent him to a teacher-training school in 1913. After finishing school in 1918, he became a head teacher of a primary school. In 1924, Lao She left home and went to England. He taught Chinese at a university in London and returned to China five years later.
