W: One day a man was on his way to the town carrying many hats. He was walking through a forest. It was very hot and he wanted to have a rest. He put one hat on his head and left the others on the ground. Then he sat down under a tree and soon fell asleep. When he woke up half an hour later, the man could not find his hats on the ground. Then he looked around and found many monkeys in the trees. Each monkey had a hat on their head. He shouted at the monkeys and asked them to return his hats, but the monkeys couldn't understand him. At last he was very angry and threw his last hat onto the ground. Then the little animals threw their hats onto the ground too.

四、信息转换

M: One winter afternoon, a little mouse went out for a walk. Suddenly, the mouse saw a hole. He thought it was his friend's, so he went into it.

To his surprise, it wasn't a mouse's house. It was a house of snakes. Several snakes were sleeping there. When they saw the little mouse, they didn't try to catch him. They just went on sleeping. The little mouse was afraid and ran away.

After he got home, he told his mother what he had seen. His mother said, "Don't be afraid. Snakes are dangerous, but they won't catch you now. It's time for their winter sleep. During their winter sleep, snakes never hunt others."
