M: Hmm, we'd like the one away from other houses. The one where there is not a lot of activity would be perfect. Is this one still available?

W: Yes, and the one near the main road is also available. It's a bit far from the beach and it's much cheaper. But, I recommend making up your mind quickly because these won't last long since the summer is around the corner.

W: Thank you for listening to the morning traffic with Julie Park. City Tunnel is backed up almost 10 miles because a truck went out of control and crashed into the back of a car. The police are already at the scene but it will take at least another hour, so, if you're on Highway 95, I would recommend the Route 65 instead of the tunnel. According to the weather report, there will be a snowstorm at noon, so please use extra caution because the roads will be slippery and as the temperature goes down this afternoon, the conditions will get worse. Here is another reminder that on Friday the Blue Line train will be partly closed due to railway condition changes. So I recommend the passengers take the Red Line train first, and change to the Blue Line at East River Station.Be sure to pick up your free pass at the customer service desk before you board the Red Line. This Saturday, Central Bridge will reopen after two weeks of construction. Stay tuned.I'll be right back soon with more detailed information about Central Bridge.
