M: You're right. But we also need to find ways of supporting industry — there's a balance.

W: But we cannot live without clean air and water.

M: Yeah, I'm so confident that this movie will be a hit. So, would you like to join us?

W: We'd love to. But will we really be able to have it shown before the New Year? I am still worried if we have enough time.

M: Well, you can trust me. We will manage to get the movie out. You have my word.

W: OK, if you say so. I'll discuss it with my team later today. Mr. Cameron, we hope to make this work.

M: Me too. I hope we can continue the conversation at this office next week.  

W: Sounds like a plan.

M: I'll tell all of you a short history about these products in my shop today. But first I want to express how glad I am that all of you here are enjoying yourselves.

So, as you know, what you're eating is an Italian type of ice cream. My grandparents worked on a farm in Italy and made this traditional type of ice cream. But that was decades before my family moved here to the United Kingdom and well before I was born here. Anyway, you might notice this ice cream tastes different from others you've tried. That's because my Italian ice cream is hand-made. So it is softer and creamier.

But where did ice cream come from in the first place? It certainly wasn't from Italy, nor was it invented here in the United Kingdom. According to ancient stories, horse riders across China used to keep milk in their bags while riding. Due to the extremely cold temperatures, the milk would freeze, and the horses' jumping turned the frozen milk into ice cream! That's all about the story. Now enjoy yourselves.
