Roderick is a middle school student. In his free time, he usually stays at home doing things like tidying his grandmother’s garden or washing his father’s car. He has a friend, Philip. Philip can be seen on some sports fields. He always leads the teams to victory. Philip is very popular at school, but Roderick is quiet so he doesn't make many friends. Philip is his only friend.

Last weekend, Philip invited Roderick to see an action movie. Philip looked excited the whole night. He talked to Roderick about the story and the characters in a low voice while the movie was playing. Roderick didn’t mind the film, although he agreed with his friend most of the time. When Roderick got home, he found he had left his gloves in the cinema. Philip’s home is near the cinema, so he called Philip for help. After several hours, Philip said he found the gloves.

Philip came to Roderick the next day with his gloves. Roderick found them new. There was a picture of a tree on his gloves but this pair didn’t. Roderick asked Philip what had happened. Philip looked kind of embarrassed. Roderick said,“Being honest is the first rule of friendship. There is no need to use dishonest ways to make either side happy in friendship.”Both of them smiled. Yeah, what's better than an honest friend?

Hello, everyone. Today I will tell you the story of the world’s youngest woman writer, Bella J Dark. The little girl is from England. She loves to read and has been writing short stories since she was three years old.

When Bella was five, she wrote her first book, The Lost Cat. In the book, a cat named Snowy gets lost after going outside alone at night. Bella also drew and colored the pictures in the book. After the book was finished, Bella's parents took it to a bookmaker. The bookmaker wanted to take a chance on the book. Luckily, the book came out in January 2022. And over 1,000 copies have been sold so far. In the same year, Bella was named the world's youngest woman writer.
