W: For me, I have to eat an apple or a pear every day. I think that's a better treat than any dessert!

M: I did really want to have the experience, and who knows, I might actually enjoy it. In fact, I usually watch games here. The seats are normally filled with crazy sports fans but tonight...they're filled with crazy concertgoers!

W: Oh, it's a good thing that you've been here then. I can't figure out how to get to our  seats. The tickets say we're below section W...But there aren't any seats below here.

M: Look again. It says we're in the standing area. This section has seats, and we'll be standing on the field right below here.

W: Really? That's great! The standing area is not that far from the stage. We can dance with the whole crowd and totally enjoy ourselves.

Large windows provide great natural light in the living and dining room. There is a one-car garage and a large backyard. There is no extra cost  for pets and the neighborhood is very pet-friendly, with a nearby park ideal for walking dogs.  Rent is $2,000 a month, and water, gas, and electricity are all included in the price. The house is unfurnished, but the owner can provide some furniture for an additional price per month. Rent may be less for those planning to rent for over a year.
