Hello, everyone! My name is Lily, and I want to share how my hobby has helped me grow. I like painting best. When I was ten years old, I started painting. My mom noticed that I fell in love with painting and bought me my first set of paints and brushes. She also signed me up for painting classes.

In the beginning, my paintings were simple and not good. But my teacher, Mrs. Wang, was very patient and kind. She taught me many skills and encouraged me to practice every day. With her help, I improved a lot. I even won a prize in a local art competition last year!

Painting has taught me to be patient and creative. It also helps me relax after a busy day at school. I feel proud of my progress and thankful for the support from my mom and Mrs. Wang.
