M: Okay, and you?
W: Also fine.

W: No, man.English is pretty simple. You just have to know the certain rules, and just put the words together like any other language.

W: Does anyone like listening to music?
M: Of course! I love punk so much! What about you?
W: Punk? I haven't tried it. It's said that it's too noisy. My favorite type of music is pop.
M: But pop music does not last very long. While it is popular at certain times, only after a few months, or even weeks, it will be replaced by newer music.
W: Yeah, any type of music has advantages and disadvantages. Punk is best for you, pop is best for me, and others may like jazz best.
M: It makes sense. You can try listening to punk if you want. It will excite you and you will enjoy it.
W: Maybe I should experience it by myself. You know, we are always very busy studying, so I think if I feel tired sometimes, listening to music is the best way for me to relax. What do you listen to music for?
M: Me? Er, sometimes I think music can help me deal with stress from the surroundings and our study.
W: Also, it is a good way for our language learning, when we listen to some foreign songs.
M: How do you listen to music? Online or on TV?
W: Oh, usually from TV programs. Many TV programs have such a part about music.

Once there were 7,168 male nurses at most. This figure has dropped to only about 6,000. The UK Health Secretary says this is clearly a cultural problem, and probably one that exists in many parts of the world. But now Britain has decided to take action to change that. The government wants to persuade males to think about career options of going into nursing. There is absolutely no reason why men can't go into this profession. The government already has plans to attract a more varied workforce into nursing. The Health Secretary states that they are leading the way in workforce planning, and that they will become the first nation in Europe to publish a national health and care workforce plan.
