听力测试第五节——K
Hello, everyone. You are going to enter a new school in September, and I’m sure you will have a much more colorful school life with different clubs and volunteer work to do. If you want to join a club or do volunteer work, you might need to go through an interview first. Don’t worry. Here are some simple but useful tips for helping you prepare well and feel more confident during the interview.
First, collect information, decide which club to join, and then learn about its values and activities. Understanding them and how they match your interests and skills will help you make a decision. Next, before the interview, make a list of questions or ask others questions that might appear in the interview, and then I think about the answers. If possible, use these questions to do a practice interview with your friends. Then keep your answers easy to understand. Support your main points with clear facts, avoiding unclear language. Repeat your key points in the end to stay focused and confident. Finally, take notes of what you learn after the interview. Write short notes, including key topics and your performance. Reviewing the notes may also help you to improve your interview skills and performances in the future.
