Try to exercise for one hour every day. Even dancing or jumping rope is fun! Third, sleep well. Go to bed early and sleep for nine hours every night. Good sleep helps your body work better. Last, relax. Don’t eat too much when you feel stressed. Talk to friends, listen to music or draw pictures to calm down. Remember, small changes can make a big difference! Start small and keep going!
