Hello, students. I'm Mr.Taylor, your geography teacher. This year, we have two terms. We'll study three themes: industry, population, and rivers. During the course, you will have homework twice a week. Sometimes, this homework will include exercises. You might give a talk or write a paper. Once a month, we will do some fieldwork. We might visit a local place of interest or go to the countryside. Each term, you will also do a project. You will have to do some research and write a report about the project. It will be about 2,000 words long. You will have two exams at the end of the year. The first will last nearly three hours, and the second will last one and a half hours.
