M: Not really. I had great school teachers and now I have the best coaches,but it's always been my father that has supported me and told me I can achieve anything I want.

W: Tell us about winning your first gold medal. You must have been so excited.

M: The funny thing is that I was lost in my own world during that race.

W: Do you mean you were too tired to feel anything?

M: No, not at all.I hadn't realized I was the winner and I couldn't believe it when I looked up and there was no one ahead of me.

M: Hi, everyone. I want to share with you what it's like being on a cooking show. Many people think it's easy, but actually it's very stressful. I usually arrive at the studio around 7 a.m.

First, I meet with the producer and we go through the script for the day. Then I go to the dressing room to change into my chef's uniform. After that, the make-up artist makes sure I look good on camera. This usually takes only about 15 minutes because I don't wear much make-up. Sometimes the cameras don't work or the sound is not clear, so we have to wait. When everything is ready, I start cooking and talking to the camera at the same time. It's hard to do both. We usually finish by 5 p.m., but it depends on how many mistakes we make. After filming, I take off my uniform, say goodbye to the team and go home to rest. It's a long day, but I love sharing my recipes with the audience.
