M: I'm going to tell you what I plan to do with this amount of money. First, we need to buy a new house. This one is too small.

W: Buying a house doesn't cost all of it if we borrow some money from the bank.

M: I know. And it could be a big deal to us. I prefer to make a large down payment and then our monthly payments will be small. In addition, I would like to take a trip to Europe.

W: Travelling abroad? I love this idea. We can book a family package tour. And this doesn't cost too much.

W: Coming right up! You can pick up your drink at the end of the bar. Have a great day!

M: Thanks for your help! Where is your tip box?

W: Down at the end of the counter with the drinks.

M: Hello, Jane. How was your doctor's appointment?

M: So what are you going to do?

W:I think I will make an appointment with a psychologist. Maybe I can't sleep because I'm too anxious. Talking to someone may help.

M: Well, you know, I used to have trouble sleeping. And I found a few things that help. If I exercise outdoors in the morning, it relaxes me all day. Also, if I don't use my smartphone after 20:00, then I can easily fall asleep.

W:These are great suggestions. Maybe I should try these things before I pay to see a psychologist.

M: Yeah. You might as well have a try.

M: So you argued with them?

W: No. I just told them not to talk and they nodded. But a minute later, they began talking again. The boy even kicked my seat. I felt quite uncomfortable so I turned my head and stared at them. Guess what? The woman said I should be nice to kids. Then we started to argue. What would you have done?

M: I wouldn't have argued with her. I would have asked the security guard to remove her.

W: You're right.

W: Welcome to the museum. Before we go, let me just give you a taste of what we have here. Well, for one thing, we have a fine collection of the twentieth and the twentyfirstcentury paintings, many by very wellknown artists. I'm sure you'll recognize several of the paintings. They attract the largest number of visitors, so it's best to go early in the day, before the crowds arrive. Then there are the nineteenthcentury paintings and sculptures. The museum was opened in the middle of that century, and several of the artists donated some works. Then there's the collection of coins. Most of them were discovered by farmers digging their gardens, and donated to the museum! And our clay and glass was left to the museum by its founder. And in terms of his will, we're not allowed to add anything to that collection: he believed it was perfect in itself, and we don't see any reason to disagree!
