W: Oh, yeah. Let's go for that one, then.

M: OK.

W: Oh, Jim. How time flies! I can't believe college life will all be over in six months.

M: Yeah, I know. I'm trying to look for a job soon in fact.

M: So, just to tell you all quickly about the arrangements of the event on March 10th, we'll be using the large conference room downstairs on the basement floor. And we decided to use the small conference room on the first floor as the break room. Tanya has got in touch with all our guests to find out all the dietary requirements for lunch, and we've got the final list of guests, so Mario will have the identification ready for everyone. Obviously, the room is not properly set up for the event yet and we can't set it up now because it's being used for another event on the 8th, but Eric and I have agreed to come in earlier on the 9th to take care of it. Oh, before I forget: there's a mistake in the program. The Paris group will be the first presenter, not the London group. And the New York group will be the third one. What else? I...
