Hello, teachers and students.I'm here to share our survey report.The sleep survey began in 2024 and is still going on.The most recent information collection was done last Wednesday morning.We asked students across all grades to fill in the forms; about 500 students answered.The results show that around 30% of students sleep less than 8 hours on weeknights.That is not good.The school suggests students try to go to bed before 10:00 p.m., reduce screen time before sleep, and keep a regular sleep time.You can read the full report on the first floor of the school library or on the school website.Let's sleep well!
