A blind box is a type of packaging that keeps the thing inside secret. Blind boxes are different in every way and nobody — including us — knows which toy is inside.

Blind boxes are all the same on the outside but have different toys on the inside. Every toy in a series is shown on the outside of the box, along with chances of finding each one. You may also see one or two "chase" figures, which are harder to get than others. Occasionally we include secret figures that aren’t even shown on the box. In the past we even included handmade figures by famous artists. We use special materials to pack the toy so nobody can look inside and see what it is before opening the box. Also, it prevents people from using high-tech devices to scan the box. Oh, yeah … that has happened.

If an item says it is a blind box, add it to your shopping list just like any other toy. It will arrive at your house just like any other toy. It will remain a secret until you actually open up the box, like you would for any other toys you purchased. Here I’d like to share with you several customers’ interesting stories about opening their boxes!
