M: Well, I think it’s really worth a visit. May you have a nice trip then!

This year, I decided I needed to start exercising again to improve my health. I used to work out regularly, but after I began working longer hours at my job, I stopped visiting the gym. Consequently, my condition suffered. So I really need to get some exercise. Since the weather is beautiful at this time of year, I want to exercise outside. I have made a list of the exercises that I am going to try this week. On Monday, I will join friends for a game of softball. It is a game similar to baseball but played on a smaller field with a larger, softer ball. On Thursday, I will run around the lake. I plan to do it in the early morning because the air is much fresher then. For Sunday, I have planned a bike ride to downtown. Keeping my workouts varied will surely help me stay motivated. I hope to reach my fitness goal soon so that I could feel better and have more energy.
