M:Have you ever seen a lake of seven colors? If you haven’t, you can go to Qinghai Lake, the largest salt water lake in China.

Qinghai Lake lies in the northeast of Qinghai Province, about 150 kilometers from Xining. It shows different colors in different seasons, and even at different times of a day. That’s why many people think it is magical.

Qinghai Lake is also famous for Bird Island, which is on the northwest bank of the lake. It is home to hundreds of thousands of birds in spring and summer. Bird watchers can enjoy better views there than in any zoos.

Grasslands and tall mountains all around make the lake even more beautiful. Animals play happily on the grassland. Can you imagine a more wonderful place than this?
