M: I'd love to, but I have a lot of housework to do today.

W: Are you doing it with your parents?

M: No. My father is ill. And my mother has to look after him in the hospital.

W: Oh, I'm sorry to hear that.

M: Have you ever hated your school? When you worry about your school, you may have a headache or sleep badly. These can make your school days even worse. If you don't like school, here is some useful advice for you. The first thing to do is to find out why you hate school. Maybe you can't get along well with others. Maybe the schoolwork is too hard for you. Second, talk to someone about your problems. Your parents, teachers or friends will help you. Third, write down your feelings about school in a diary. It's a great way to help you relax. Finally, make a list of the good things you may enjoy in the school. Try to think of something good about school and I'm sure you can feel better about your school.
