Which leisure activities are good for physical health? Even regular walking can bring benefits for fitness, while dancing is great exercise, and it's sociable too. A review of 94 studies found that dancing regularly improved balance in older people. And a Swedish study found both gardening and DIY could reduce the risk of a heart attack by up to 30 percent among people over sixty.
