W: Singapore is a beautiful country, which is in Southeast Asia. It's famous as the Lion City. At the mouth of the Singapore River you can see the famous Merlion statue that has the head of a lion and the body of a fish.

Singapore is famous for its lively shopping and food culture. There are many shops and restaurants on Orchard Road in the capital city.

Sentosa Island is one of the most famous islands in Singapore. It has many sandy beaches. There you can enjoy many water sports, such as swimming, surfing and diving.
