一、模仿朗读

W: Nowadays, we are living in the digital age. Smart products make our life more colorful, but they are also bad for our eyes. Protecting our eyesight is now becoming more and more important.

To protect our eyesight, first, we shouldn't watch the computers for too long. Second, we mustn't use smart phones in the dark. Third, we'd better read paper books instead of e-books. Also, we need to do more outdoor exercise and eat more vegetables and fruit. They are all good for our eyes.

M: Jack is a smart boy. He studied very hard, but he had a problem. He didn't care much about his eyes. When he wrote something at the desk, he put his eyes very close to the desk. His parents often told him not to do that, but he didn't listen to them. Before he slept, he usually did some reading in bed. Later he couldn't see things clearly. So he asked his parents to take him to see the doctor. The doctor examined him carefully and told him to wear glasses from then on. He was very unhappy.
