第一部分 听对话回答问题

    本部分共有10道小题，每小题你将听到一段对话，每段对话听两遍。

1.M: Has your hometown changed a lot since 2000?

W: Yes. We lived in old houses before 2000, but now we live in tall buildings.

2.W:Oh, John! Do you remember me?

M: Oh, you’ve changed a lot. You used to wear your hair long，but you wear glasses and have too short hair now.

3.W: Dad, how did you get to school when you were a student?

M: I used to ride to school, but now you can go to school by bus.

4.W: Did you take the picture in Sunshine Park?

M:Yes. We went camping there. Jenny played the guitar and we had fun.  

5. M:Helen, have you called to tell Jim about our travel plan?

W: No. But I sent him an email and have got his text message. He will join us.  

6. M:Hello, this is Eric Brown. May I speak to Mr. Smith?   

W:Sorry, Mr. Brown. My father isn't at home. He's working in his office, and you can call him at 543-7896.     

7.M:Excuse me, I have lost my map. I want to go to the railway station, but I can’t find it. It’s next to the famous clock tower, right?

W: The railway station was there several years ago, but I’m afraid it’s not there any more.

8.M:Lucy, would you please take a message for Tom?

W: Sorry, he doesn’t live here any longer. He went to Australia a year ago.

9.M:What about having a walk after dinner this evening?

W: Well, I will go with you if you really want to, but I’m a little tired.

10.M:I hear you are going to move into a new house, aren’t you?

W: Yes, it’ll be a little expensive. But the man upstairs always plays music loudly.

听一段对话，回答第11—12小题。

M: Excuse me, Kitty! Where were you born?

W: I was born in Sydney.

M: How long did you live there?

W: I lived there until I was four years old. Then my family moved to Beijing.

M: What does your father do?

W: He sells computers.

M: Which place do you like better, Sydney or Beijing?

W: I can't remember life in Sydney very well. I like living in Beijing a lot.

听第一篇短文，回答第13—15小题，完成信息记录表。

W: Life in the past was different from what it is now. There was only a big old radio in my family house. In the morning, my grandpa listened to the news on it. I often listened to English on it. But now, my grandpa has a new radio. It's small and he can put it in his pocket when he goes out. I have a big computer to learn English and download popular songs.

M:Now, you want to know about my life in the past, right? Let me tell you. When I was a boy, things were different. I had to get up at six every morning. My dad had some chickens. I had to feed them every morning and then I had to walk to school with my little sister. It was two kilometres from my home to school. There was a bus, but we didn't have money. And we had to go to bed at nine o'clock every night. We couldn't watch TV because there wasn't any. On Sundays we had to help our parents do the housework. But it wasn't all that bad. We had some good times. We could go out and our parents didn't have to worry about us. There weren't so many cars on the roads then. And the rivers were so clean that we could see the fish in them.
