W: Hello, everyone. I'm a student from Singapore. My hobby is traditional Chinese music. When I was seven, I began to have erhu lessons. Then I formed a music group with my friends, and we've been in the group for four years. Every year we play at our school art festival. And we've already written 10 songs of our own. Half of them were written by me. My biggest dream is to hold my own concert in Hong Kong. To make it come true, I've decided to learn music in China, so my parents will send me to Shanghai next year. I'll be there for two years. I hope my dream will come true one day.

M: Hello, everyone! I'm glad to give a speech about how to have healthy eyes. First, you have to pay attention to the food you eat. Have more fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and milk. They're good for your eyes. Second, you should have a good sleep. It relaxes your eyes and makes them have a rest. Usually, you should sleep for at least eight hours every day. Last but not least, you should use your eyes correctly. For example, don't read or write in the weak or strong light because it can cause eye tiredness. Reading, writing or working on the computer for too long can also make your eyes tired, so rest your eyes every twenty minutes.
