W: How was the dinner at Paul's house last night?

M: Well, it was OK, but I made some mistakes. I arrived at 8:00, but I was supposed to arrive 25 minutes earlier.

W: The Browns. They said they were going to have a party in the garden tomorrow afternoon. They wanted us all to go to it.  

M: Don't you have to go to your piano class tomorrow night? 

W: No. Mrs. Johnson is sick these days. She's at hospital now. I only need to practice the piano at home. 

M: So will you go to the party?

W:Yes. I really want some fun with our neighbors.

W: No. I'll pay cash.

M: OK. So the total comes to $135.5, including tax. 

W: I thought it was $125. That's what they said yesterday when we checked in. 

M: Yes, but there is an extra charge on your bill. 

W: Oh, sorry, I forgot. My husband ordered a plate of chips. 

M: No problem. So…from $150, here's your change. I'll return your room deposit.

W: It was great. I went to a small town to visit my friends.

W: For example, on Saturday, we went to a special party. 

M: A special party?

W: Yeah. Every Saturday, the whole neighborhood comes together. Everybody brings some food to share. It's like a dinner party.

M: What did you do on Sunday? 

W: We went horse riding. It was exciting. Beautiful farmland, cows, sheep.

M: Wow, you really enjoyed yourself.

W: Sure.
