      Today is Children’s Day. Rose doesn’t go to school. In the morning, she helps her mother clean the room. Her mother wants to have a party for her. So she invites some of Rose’s friends, and she makes some delicious cookies in the afternoon. Every cookie has a name. At five o’clock, Rose’s father is back. He buys food and drinks for the party. All of her friends arrive at six thirty. They say, "Surprise!" They eat cookies and ice cream together. Rose is very happy.
