    W: Everyone has different ways of getting relaxed. Now the most popular way is to take part in outdoor sports. Some team sports like playing basketball and volleyball and individual sports like running are mostly liked. Biking and mountain climbing are popular ways for people to play outdoors. However, not everyone likes to take part in them. Some people like to stay indoors to sing, practise yoga or dance. In this way they can also relax themselves. It is important for everyone to relax from time to time, and enjoy different ways to get relaxed.
