    W: Sally Ride was the first American woman in space. She was born in 1951. She studied science in the university. After leaving the university, she became an astronaut. Then she received different kinds of training and got the chance to go into space. On June 18th, 1983, Sally and four other astronauts flew to space. After seven days' travelling in space, they finished their tasks successfully. And Sally became one of the greatest women in history.
