It is a Sunday morning. Mike and Joe are taking a walk along the road. There are many public signs nearby. They mean different things. Mike knows a lot about them. But Joe doesn’t. Some people are riding bikes on the road, and some are driving cars. A car turns right at a crossing. Mike and Joe see a policeman stop the car. The driver gets out of the car. The policeman takes out a note and writes something on it. Then he gives it to the driver. “ Can’t you see the sign?” says the policeman.
