Dear Sir or Madam,

World Earth Day is coming, so I’m writing to say something about our environment.

Now people cut down more and more trees to make things.There are a lot of cars on the road. Besides,some factories pour waste water into rivers or lakes. Some people even throw rubbish into the seas or rivers.These cause too much pollution. Because of these, the Earth is in danger. 

So it’s time for us to do something to protect the environment. First, we should make people know it’s important to protect the environment. Second, the government had better make rules to stop pollution. Finally, everyone should take part in some environment-friendly activities from now on.

Let’s take action to protect the environment and I believe we can make our world a better place to live.
